The product is unused and unworn.
The product has not been washed, altered, ironed, or damaged.
All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
The product is returned in its original condition.
The product is not damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

We recommend checking your order carefully immediately after delivery.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Returns may be accepted for products that:

Arrive damaged or defective.
Are incorrect or different from the product ordered.
Have a manufacturing defect.
Meet all the return conditions mentioned above.

Certain products may be marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Products returned after the applicable return period.
Customized or specially made products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the website.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Product name
Reason for return
Clear photographs/videos of the product, particularly in case of damage, defect, or incorrect product

5. Return Shipping

If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sona Heritage may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

For other eligible returns due to customer preference, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Refund Amount

For an approved return, the refundable amount will generally be the amount paid for the returned product.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs or a video of the package and product.

This will help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

9. Exchanges

If an exchange is available for the product, it will be subject to product availability and the conditions mentioned in this policy.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution or refund, as applicable.

10. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may need to be handled according to our return policy.

11. Return Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection. Sona Heritage reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
