Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During sales, festivals, new collection launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take additional time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately:

Metro and major cities: 3–6 business days
Other locations: 5–9 business days
Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier serviceability

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on our website or during checkout.

11. Delivery to Remote Locations

Certain remote, rural, or restricted areas may have longer delivery times or additional shipping requirements depending on courier availability.
